UK Orders: Postage & packing is FREE for all orders over £40.00

For orders £40.00 and under you need to look at the flower rating on each item:

	postage & packing level 1 - you can order as many 1 flower items as you like for a total p&p cost of £1.75
	postage & packing level 2 - these are heavy or bulky items and if your order includes any of these then the total p&p cost is £2.95

The p&p for your order will be displayed in your basket if you want to check at any point.

All orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 days of cleared payment (we post on Saturdays too). If there is going to be a delay with your order for any reason, we will contact you straight away with an estimated dispatch date and if this is not suitable you will, of course,  have the option to cancel.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail or ParcelForce (1st class) and will take 1-5 days to reach you once leaving us.
