Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive goods that are faulty just send us an email at

within 7 days of receiving your order. We will give you a returns number for us to track your return with and then just return the item to us in it's original packaging within 30 days via recorded delivery. Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge and all postage costs refunded in full on return.
Other Returns
Purchase something from us and don’t like it? Return your unused product to us and we’ll exchange it for something else, or refund your money (excluding postage and packing). All goods should be returned within seven working days of receipt, in re-sellable condition and in their original packaging. We would recommend that you return items via recorded delivery as we can only offer a refund/exchange when the items arrive back to us.
