Postage & Packing

UK Orders: Postage & packing is FREE for all orders over £40.00

For orders £40.00 and under you need to look at the flower rating on each item:

	Postage & packing level 1 - you can order as many 1 flower items as you like for a total p&p cost of £1.75.
	Postage & packing level 2 - these are heavy or bulky items and if your order includes any of these then the total p&p cost is £2.95.

The p&p for your order will be displayed in your basket if you want to check at any point.

Outside UK: Postage is charged at cost via Royal Mail (with a minimum charge of £2.00) and is calculated automatically - just go to your basket and click on 'Get postage quote' at any point to see the postage for your current items. If your country does not appear in the drop down list then just email contact@craftie-charlie.co.uk or use the Contact Us link and we'll sort this out for you :o)

All orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 days of cleared payment (we post on Saturdays too). If there is going to be a delay with your order for any reason, we will contact you straight away with an estimated dispatch date and if this is not suitable you will, of course, have the option to cancel.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail (1st class) and will take 1-5 days to reach you once leaving us.

Overseas orders under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail Airmail and will take 3-10 working days to reach you once leaving us (depending on where you are!).  Overseas orders over 2kg are sent via DHL and will take 2 working days to reach you once leaving us.
